License Agreement
Please read the following before using this software. By using this
software you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By purchasing a license for W3Mail you are entitled to run as
many instances of W3Mail as you wish for your organization.

Licensed users may modify the code or images of W3Mail to suit their
needs, at their own risk, for their own use. Modified versions cannot be
resold or redistributed. You assume full responsibility for problems
resulting from modifying the code.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. ANY LIABILITY
OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
OF PURCHASE PRICE. Failure to install or use the program, or not being
able to run this program on your server or a hosted server
is not a valid reason for refund of purchase price.

The user assumes the entire risk of using the program.
